We will cover the tools, different techniques for melting chocolates, and cooling process. You will learn how to hand-paint molds, flavor chocolates, and finish with a mint-flavored chocolate cookie. This 2-hour class will get you started with the basics of using chocolate melts and you will will take ½ pound chocolate home. No tempering required.
